Megan Frost in her product workspace

Built by someone who's actually done it — three times.

I'm Megan Frost. I started, launched and scaled three product-based businesses using a bootstrap approach — all while juggling life and babies. My first brand was Fuelled Bags, then I created and launched Luxe Baby, and my most recent venture, Artisan Juice, went from a garage operation to a six-figure business with its own warehouse.

My brand journey

Every business taught me something different. Fuelled Bags showed me how to read a market and move fast. Luxe Baby taught me how to build trust with new parents through tiny, thoughtful details. Artisan Juice was the big one — the brand I poured my heart and soul into, growing it from a garage operation into a six-figure business with its own warehouse. Each launch happened alongside the rest of my life: school runs, sleepless nights, and everything else that comes with raising babies. Bootstrapping wasn't a strategy deck; it was the only option that fit.

Why I built this

Most product-business advice assumes funding, a team and full-time hours. My experience was the opposite: a day job, a few hundred dollars, and evenings. I kept seeing talented people stall before they started — not because they lacked drive, but because they lacked a clear, bootstrapped order of operations. BrandLaunch Blueprint is the tool I wish I had at the beginning of each of my launches. It would have made my life so much easier, helped me avoid expensive mistakes, and stopped me wasting money on things I didn't need yet.

What I believe

You don't need a huge budget. You need the right sequence of small, cheap bets. Every recommendation in this blueprint is filtered through one question: what is the cheapest way to learn whether this works? If it doesn't pass that test, it doesn't make the plan.

What this tool does

It converts eight answers into a sequence: validate, brand, source, price, launch. Each phase has tasks small enough to finish in a session and a milestone that tells you when to move on. If you don't have a product idea yet, it starts you in discovery mode instead of validation — because starting in the wrong place is expensive.

One honest disclaimer

This is planning guidance, not financial, legal or regulatory advice. Product compliance rules differ by country and category — check them before you produce.
